Terms of Service, EULA & Community Guidelines

1. LICENSE GRANT & FREE SERVICE DISCLAIMER

Your use of Alrawidream is governed by the following license and free-service terms:

• License: We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, limited license to use the App strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment and creative writing purposes on compatible devices.
• Free Service & 'AS IS' Assumption of Risk: Alrawidream is provided as a free creative and entertainment platform. By accessing, registering, or using the App, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that the service is provided strictly on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis, and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of the application.

2. ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY, SHARED ACCOUNTS & MAXIMUM LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Accounts are provided for individual use. Alrawidream is not liable for data loss, account takeovers, or disputes resulting from shared credentials or group access to a single account. If you register on behalf of a business or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. Otherwise, you assume full personal liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alrawidream and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

3. User Account Safety & Registration

By creating and maintaining an Alrawidream account, you agree to the following safety and registration rules:

• Registration: You must register using a valid Email and Password to publish stories.
• Confidentiality: You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Real email addresses are strictly confidential and never displayed publicly. Public feeds display only your custom Nickname or 'Anonymous'.
• Account Deletion: You retain the right to permanently delete your account and authentication data via the User Profile screen at any time.

4. Strict User-Generated Content (UGC) Rules

You strictly agree NOT to submit, post, or comment any dream stories or content that contains:

• Real-world political discussions, government criticism, or mocking of political figures.
• Incitement to violence, public disorder, radicalization, or illegal activities.
• Commercial fortune-telling, psychic readings, lottery scams, or harmful financial spiritual schemes.
• Extreme negativity, promotion/glorification of self-harm, or severe psychological trauma.
• Explicit sexual material, graphic gore, obscenity, or hate speech.

5. AI Moderation, Reporting & Automated Ban System

We use automated moderation and a zero-tolerance enforcement framework to keep the community safe:

• Zero-Tolerance Policy: We enforce zero tolerance against objectionable content or abusive users.
• 24-Hour Removal: Users can flag inappropriate content via the in-app 'Flag' icon. All reported content will be reviewed and removed within 24 hours.
• AI Strike System: Automated AI scanning deactivates violating posts immediately and issues 1 strike to the account.
• Permanent Ban: Accumulating three (3) strikes results in an automatic, permanent account and IP ban.

6. No Harmful Superstition, Scam, or Fortune-Telling

Commercial fortune-telling, psychic predictions, lucky number promotion, gambling schemes, or fear-mongering curses are strictly prohibited.

7. No Extreme Negativity or Self-Harm Promotions

Content romanticizing, encouraging, or providing instructions for self-harm or suicide is strictly banned.

8. Apple & Google UGC Safety Compliance

Absolute zero tolerance for discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or nationality. No graphic gore or sexually explicit material.

9. AI Enforcement & System Integrity

Automated safety filters monitor all submissions. Repeated offenders face immediate termination of access without prior notice.

10. Disclaimer of Medical & Psychological Liability

Content within Alrawidream is for entertainment and creative purposes only:

• Entertainment Only: Content within Alrawidream is for recreational, creative, and entertainment purposes only. It DOES NOT constitute professional psychological, psychiatric, medical, or life advice.
• No Liability: We are not responsible or liable for any emotional distress, psychological reactions, or real-life decisions made based on content read or generated within the App.

11. User Content License & Unauthorized Recording Disclaimer

By submitting content to Alrawidream, you agree to the following terms:

• Ownership: You retain copyright ownership of your original dream text. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, and distribute your content for operating the service.
• Recording & Reproduction Disclaimer: Alrawidream is not liable if third parties or other users screenshot, audio-record, screen-record, or reproduce your content outside the App without your consent.

12. Intellectual Property, DMCA & Anti-Scraping Policy

Respect for intellectual property is required at all times:

• Original Work: You warrant that all submissions are your original creations.
• DMCA Takedowns: Copyright holders can submit formal takedown notices to: alrawidream@icloud.com. Valid requests will be processed within 72 hours.
• Prohibition of Audio & Text Exploitation: Users are strictly prohibited from scraping, screen-recording, audio-recording, or converting published dream content into text-to-speech, audiobooks, podcasts, or videos for external commercial or non-commercial use.

13. Trademark and Brand Protection

Unauthorized use, defamation, or exploitation of protected third-party trademarks, brand names, or logos within dream stories or profiles will result in immediate content deactivation.

14. Data Retention Upon Account Deletion

Upon account deletion, personal credentials (email) and user identities are permanently wiped. Anonymized dream stories (with author tags strictly forced to 'Anonymous') may remain archived to preserve public feed continuity.

15. MANDATORY ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to Alrawidream will be settled solely by binding, individual arbitration rather than in court:

• Individual Arbitration: You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to Alrawidream will be settled solely by binding, individual arbitration rather than in court.
• Class Action Waiver: YOU AND ALRAWIDREAM AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

16. NO DUTY TO MONITOR & MODERATION LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Alrawidream provides community moderation tools but does not assume an active legal obligation to monitor all content:

• No Active Monitoring Obligation: While Alrawidream employs automated AI filtering and user reporting tools, we have no legal obligation to pre-screen, monitor, or edit all user-generated content published on the platform.
• Limitation of Moderation Liability: We are not liable for any failure, delay, or alleged negligence in detecting, removing, or restricting inappropriate, harassing, or copyright-infringing content posted by third-party users. Your sole remedy regarding objectionable content is using the in-app reporting mechanism for removal within our standard processing timeline.

17. ACCOUNT TERMINATION, APPEALS & DATA LOSS DISCLAIMER

We may suspend or terminate accounts flagged by safety systems. The following terms govern termination, appeals, and data loss:

• AI Moderation & Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account flagged by automated AI safety systems. If you believe your account was banned in error, you may submit an appeal to alrawidream@icloud.com for human review within 14 days.
• No Data Backup Guarantee: Alrawidream is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We do not guarantee permanent storage of your dream stories, journal entries, or comments. Users are solely responsible for keeping local backups of their content.
• Waiver of Emotional & Intellectual Claims: Under no circumstances shall Alrawidream be liable for lost data, lost creative works, or any claimed emotional distress resulting from account suspension, system downtime, or data loss.

18. DATA SECURITY & STRICT LIABILITY CAP

We implement standard security measures, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our liability is strictly capped:

• No Absolute Security Guarantee: While we implement standard encryption and security measures via trusted cloud infrastructure (Supabase), we cannot guarantee 100% security against cyberattacks or data breaches.
• Strict Direct Payment Liability Cap: Under all circumstances, including data breaches or system outages, the total aggregate liability of Alrawidream shall be strictly limited to the net amount of money you directly paid to Alrawidream for in-app purchases or subscriptions within the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $0 USD if you used the app for free.
• Exclusion of Indirect Expenses: We accept no financial liability for third-party or indirect expenses, including internet data/broadband fees, cellular usage charges, hardware costs, banking fees, opportunity costs, or lost time/wages.
